Extrusion presses

Presses with trade mark Škoda have been produced since 1872. The first extrusion presses were produced in 1915 for the extrusion of graphite. Then came presses for the extrusion of aluminium, copper and their alloys, presses for the extrusion of steel and nickel alloys as well as alloys of gold and silver.

The main equipment produced by us:

• extrusion presses for direct and indirect pressing of section bars designed with pressing force 630 to 3200 tons
• extrusion presses with punch for direct and indirect pressing o pipes, pressing force 630 to 3200 tons
• extrusion presses can be built and delivered with force up to 6300 tons with respect to specific requirements of the customer
• complementing equipment for presses and run out sections, especially:
  • sawing machines
  • shears
  • coilers
  • stretchers for section bars
  • weighing and packing equipment
  • hydraulic drive and control system
  • electric control

We implement reconstructions and modernisations according to the requirements and sketching of customers.
